Soul Network is a blockchain-based ecosystem designed to help people find genuine connections, whether with information, individuals, or groups. Within the SoulNetwork, and with the user's consent, smart contracts process the user's cookies into encoded ciphers, which are assembled to form the user's 'Soul'- a digital representation of their preferences. In the native application, ' Soul Space', users receive tailored content feeds, social matches, and interest group recommendations. The entire network, including the user's Soul, is open-source. This allows anyone to develop platforms by querying a user's Soul on the Soul Network to deliver services.

People today face two main challenges. Firstly, we live in an "information ocean" where it is challenging to find new in- spired content. Secondly, we passively generate vast amounts of data online every day, with little of it providing real value to us. This is where Soul Network steps in. Although we receive new content by recommendation algorithm, the precision of favorable contents doest not meet the expectation due to the limited interpretation on the isolated databases. By offering an open-source and encrypted user database, Soul Network ensures that users receive highly targeted content and matches, enhancing efficiency in all scenarios. Both challenges are ad- dressed through this solution.
